Mld7i. 1.5T are relatively new in the north American market with the Taos. But if they are anything like the 1.4's i would say they are pretty reliable. I own a Taos no problems yet, just a bored out 1.4T. You will have more fun with the Vw than the civic, very zippy car with the new engine.
